AIYA SAFETY STATEMENT

It is hard to believe that so many years have passed since the triple disaster struck off the coast of Northeastern Japan. Though life in the hardest hit areas has recovered now, the impact of such a catastrophic event will never be forgotten. With that being said, we understand that this natural disaster has raised some concern about radiation and safety for agricultural products of Japan. At Aiya, we take this concern very seriously and are committed to the safety of our customers. We have been conducting monthly radiation tests on our teas at an independent third party lab in the United States, which we are more than happy to provide to our customers upon request.

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service by default. Expedited shipping methods are also available; you can view these options at checkout.

UPS does not ship to PO boxes. If a physical address is not provided, Aiya will ship your order via the US Postal Service's most comparable method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Aiya currently ships orders to the United States and Canada only. If you are interested in shipping to locations outside of these two areas, please contact us for more information. 

SHIPPING TIME

Due to Covid-19 business continuity guidelines and a reduction in workforce on site, our standard shipping times have been adjusted to allow 2-4 business days lead time. 

  • Daily Domestic orders will be prepared to ship within 2-4 business days.
  • Orders to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii ship within 3-5 business days.

**Please note that Aiya is not responsible for any missed deliveries due to business closure for items shipped on or after Monday, March 30th, 2020. Any rerouting or redelivery fees incurred will be charged to customers prior to attempted redelivery.** 

FREE & DISCOUNTED SHIPPING

CONSUMER ORDERS:
Aiya offers free shipping on all consumer orders over $50 to the United States and Canada via standard ground service. For Canadian consumer orders, if an order that qualifies for free shipping also fits within the specifications for USPS First Class International packages, it will be sent via USPS. Please note that tracking information is not available for USPS First Class shipments.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:
Aiya offers free shipping on all domestic wholesale orders over $500 within the continental United States via UPS Ground. For Canadian wholesale orders, the shipping cost will be discounted by 50% for all orders over $500 when shipping by the standard ground shipping method.
