7 Simple Steps to Prepare Matcha

Step 1

Place two (2) bamboo scoops of Matcha, approximately 1/2 tsp, into the hand sifter.

Step 2

Sift the Matcha into the bowl to remove any naturally occurring clumps from the Matcha powder.

Step 3

Add about 2-3 fl oz (less than 1/3 of the bowl) of hot water (180F) into the bowl.

Step 4

Use your bamboo whisk to create a strong froth by whisking in an "M" or "W" motion.

Step 5

Gently rub the surface with the bamboo whisk to rid of any large air bubbles.

Step 6

Add up to 6 fl oz of hot water to the bowl.

Step 7
