RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Aiya America, Inc. strives for complete customer satisfaction and stands behind the quality of our products. Therefore, Aiya America, Inc. offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order (delivery date based on the carrier’s tracking details).

2. Aiya America, Inc. allows for product-for-product exchanges or returns for store credit in the form of Aiya Reward points within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order (delivery date based on the carrier’s tracking details). Returned items must be received in original, saleable condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond the 30-day window.

3. Aiya America, Inc. allows for product-for-product customer exchanges for the following reasons only:

      • • A customer receives expired product
      • • A product arrived damaged to the recipient
      • • Overships
      • • The wrong product was shipped
      • • A product of sub-standard quality was received
      • • The customer desires a different item*
              • o *Aiya will not compensate shipping costs in this case

 

4. Please note that Aiya America, Inc. does not accept returns for product that has:

      • • Been received outside of the thirty (30) day window indicated above
      • • Exceeded an expiration date (unless customer receives expired product from Aiya America, Inc.)
      • • Damage not caused by Aiya America, Inc.
      • • Been opened or is unsealed

 

5. In order to request a return, the following procedure must be followed:

      • 1. Email retail@aiya-america.com
      • 2. Describe what is being returned and the reason for the return
      • 3. Await reply from Aiya America, Inc., which will include an RMA#
      • 4. Once return has been approved, please send product to:

              • a. If Aiya is covering the cost of return shipping, the customer may opt to use a return label provided by Aiya
      • 5. Please be sure to include the RMA# provided on the outside of the package. This will greatly expedite the processing of your return.

 

6. Once a shipment is returned and has been accepted by Aiya America, Inc., Aiya will contact the customer; the customer will have a choice of either a product replacement or Aiya Rewards points. If a product arrives damaged, a customer is entitled to receive a replacement product without submitting a return at no additional charge, including shipping, and need only provide photographic evidence of the damage.
