As the industry pioneer, Aiya takes pride in producing various grades of ingredient Matcha for food, beverage, nutraceutical, R&D, and other applications.

Carrying a full line of Matcha in both organic and conventional forms, Aiya can curate to suit your business’ needs.

Local Inventory

Aiya can fulfill large-volume orders for food & beverage businesses and manufacturers from its Southern California based cold storage facility.

For bulk clients, the minimum order quantity is 10 kilograms. Each case contains 2 bags of 5 kilograms (approximately 22 pounds).

Certifications

Aiya is the first Matcha company to hold organic certifications across international markets, including JAS Organic (OMIC) and NOP Organic (QAI) for Japan, North America, and Europe.

With 130+ years of spotless product recalls, Aiya ensures quality through strict production monitoring, internal and third-party lab testing, and annual audits. Aiya also holds multiple

international certifications: GFSI (FSSC 22000 by Bureau Veritas), AIB (Superior), JAS Organic, NOP Organic, Halal, Kosher, Gluten-Free, and Non-GMO Project Verified.  

FSSC 22000 certification applicable to the Head Office Factory and Yonezu Factory of Aiya Co., Ltd. for the Manufacture (sterilization, grinding, sifter/grinding, sifter) of Matcha (powdered green tea) and powdered tea.
