Similar to Matcha, the leaves are hand picked and shade-grown to preserve their amino acids, bringing out their natural, sweet taste. Gyokuro is a rare harvest in Japan and is cherished by tea connoisseurs all over the world.
Steep 1 heaping teaspoon (3 grams) of Premium Gyokuro for 3 minutes in 1/2 cup (120 ml / 4 oz) of cooler water (122°F / 50°C). With this tea, one can pour more hot water over the tea leaves and enjoy another cup.
