Spring is here so lounge with this sweet and refreshing coconut water base Matcha tea. 

Orange Coconut Matcha

INGREDIENTS

  • • 3g Ceremonial Matcha
  • • 3oz/ 90ml water
  • • 3oz/ 90ml fresh orange juice
  • • Orange peels
  • • Handful of mint
  • • 1 tsp of sugar
  • • 5oz/ 150 ml coconut water

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Sift Matcha into a small bowl & add hot water. Whisk until well blended.
  • 2. In a small glass, squeeze one medium size orange and set aside.
  • 3. Place orange peels, mint, and sugar into a shaker and smash.
  • 4. Once smashed, add a handful of ice and coconut water and shake.
  • 5. In a tall glass, add the freshly squeezed orange juice and ice. Next, pour in the shaker mixture, and lastly top it off with your Matcha.
  • 6. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
