Matcha Yogurt Jelly

Our Matcha yogurt features a light, refreshing taste that perfectly complements the gentle sweetness of the azuki beans.
Matcha Yogurt Jelly

INGREDIENTS
- • 1 Tbsp powdered gelatin
- • 4 Tbsp water
- • 1 ½ cups milk
- • 2 Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- • ⅓ cup sugar
- • 1 cup plain yogurt
- • coconut milk, as needed
- • azuki beans, as needed
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Sprinkle the gelatin into the water and mix.
- 2. Dissolve the Matcha in a small amount of hot water and set aside.
- 3. Pour the milk and sugar into a pot and heat together. Stir in the gelatin and water. Once everything is dissolved together, add in the Matcha and yogurt. Mix well.
- 4. Pour into molds, place in the refrigerator, and allow to set.
- 5. When serving, drizzle with some coconut milk and add a dollop of azuki beans.
TIPS:
You can also substitute fruits in place of the azuki beans.
