Our Matcha yogurt features a light, refreshing taste that perfectly complements the gentle sweetness of the azuki beans.

Matcha Yogurt Jelly

INGREDIENTS

  • • 1 Tbsp powdered gelatin
  • • 4 Tbsp water
  • • 1 ½ cups milk
  • • 2 Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
  • • ⅓ cup sugar
  • • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • • coconut milk, as needed
  • • azuki beans, as needed

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Sprinkle the gelatin into the water and mix.
  • 2. Dissolve the Matcha in a small amount of hot water and set aside.
  • 3. Pour the milk and sugar into a pot and heat together. Stir in the gelatin and water. Once everything is dissolved together, add in the Matcha and yogurt. Mix well.
  • 4. Pour into molds, place in the refrigerator, and allow to set.
  • 5. When serving, drizzle with some coconut milk and add a dollop of azuki beans.

TIPS:

You can also substitute fruits in place of the azuki beans.
