INGREDIENTS
- • 16 oz of your choice of milk
- • 2 Tbsp of gelatin
- • 1 ½ tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- • 1 pinch of your choice of sweetener
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Lightly warm milk and gelatin on stove top then add 1½ tsp of Matcha.
- 2. Place in a blender and blend for a few seconds. Then place in a glass container and refrigerate overnight.
- 3. Cut the panna cotta into little squares and place it in a bowl with your milk of choice.
- 4. Top it off with toppings like mulberries from sun potion, hemp seeds from nutiva, or your choice of superfoods.
