Matcha Christmas Tree Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- • 1 cup all-purpose flour
- • 1 Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha Powder
- • 2 tsp baking powder
- • ¼ tsp salt
- • 1 cup milk
- • 2 Tbsp melted butter
- • 1 large egg
- • 1 tsp vanilla extract
- • Vegetable oil or butter for cooking
- • Fruits and whipped cream for decoration
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Mix the dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, Matcha powder, baking powder, and salt) together in a bowl.
- 2. Mix wet ingredients (milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract ) together in a separate bowl or cup.
- 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix just until everything is just incorporated.
- 4. Butter or grease your pan on medium heat, and then scoop some pancake batter into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until little bubbles start to form, then flip and cook another minute on the other side.
- 5. Make different-sized pancakes in order to be able to stack them in the form of a Christmas tree.
- 6. Stack your pancakes, and decorate them with your favorite toppings.
