Matcha Chocolate Yogurt Bark

This Matcha Chocolate Yogurt bark is a delicious cold snack that has a bold Matcha and chocolate flavor and some gooey frozen honey.
Matcha Chocolate Yogurt Bark

INGREDIENTS
- • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate
- • 1 cup Greek yogurt
- • 1 Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- • 2 Tbsp honey
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Melt the chocolate and spread it over a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2. Freeze for about an hour.
- 3. Spoon out Greek yogurt into a bowl and add Matcha powder. Mix thoroughly.
- 4. Spread Matcha yogurt mix on top of the frozen chocolate.
- 5. Drizzle honey on top and freeze for another couple hours.
- 6. Break with a knife or your hands and enjoy!
