Matcha Boba
Warmer weather calls for cool and refreshing beverages! Bask in the summer sun with this lightly sweetened Matcha Boba.
Matcha Boba

INGREDIENTS
- Boba
- • ½ cup boba/tapioca pearls
- • 1-2 Tbsp honey
- Matcha Milk Tea
- • 1 Tbsp Aiya Ceremonial Grade Matcha
- • 3 cups almond milk
- • 1 ½ cup Ice
- • Brown sugar or honey, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the tapioca pearls according to directions.
- Once pearls are cooked, turn off the heat and drain the boba. Pour the cooked boba into a small bowl. Add honey to the tapioca pearls and let the pearls sit for about 5 minutes to absorb the sweetener.
- In a blender, blend the Matcha, almond milk, ice, and your sweetener.
- Divide the pearls between two glasses and pour the Matcha green tea.
- Enjoy!
