- • 2 eggs
- • ½ cup rolled oats
- • 2 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- • 1 tsp baking powder
- • pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Blend together banana, eggs, rolled oats, Culinary Grade Matcha, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until it turns into a smooth batter.
- 2. Grease your pan with coconut oil or butter.
- 3. Pour the pancake batter into your pan and flip when pancakes are golden on both sides.
