This Matcha smoothie is a tropical, fruity concoction that’s nutritious, refreshingly delicious, and doesn’t separate in the refrigerator.

INGREDIENTS

  • • 1 Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
  • • 1 can light coconut milk
  • • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • • 2 ½ Tbsp agave nectar, or sweetener of your choice
  • • ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • • 1 cup frozen pineapples
  • • ½ ripe banana
  • • ½ cup ice 1 pinch of salt
  • • 1 pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. In a blender, blend all ingredients together on high-speed, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
