Matcha Yogurt Jelly

Our Matcha Yogurt Jelly is the perfect treat to make for someone you care about. It's easy too - just mix and let set! The freshness of the yogurt pairs very well with the gentle sweetness of the azuki beans.

[Makes 6 servings]

[Ingredients]


      Powdered Gelatin........................ 1 tbsp

      Water........................................... 4 tbsp

      Milk.............................................. 1 1/2 cups

      Aiya Cooking Grade Matcha..... 2 tbsp

      Sugar........................................... 1/3 cup

      Plain Yogurt................................. 1 cup

      Coconut Milk................................ as needed

      Azuki Beans................................. as needed

 

 

 

 

  

Note: You can also substitue canned fruits in place of the azuki beans.

 

[Directions]

  1. Sprinkle the gelatin into the water and mix.
  2. Dissolve the matcha in a small amount of hot water and set aside.
  3. Pour the milk and sugar into a pot and heat together.  Stir in the gelatin and water.  Once everything is dissolved together, add in the matcha and yogurt.  Mix well.
  4. Pour into molds, place in the refrigerator, and allow to set.
  5. When serving, drizzle with some coconut milk and add a dollup of azuki beans.
