The Mystery of Matcha Revealed
Join Algabar and Special Guest Shiro Nobunaga of Aiya America at a four course tasting and presentation celebrating and demystifying Matcha, the famous powdered green tea of Japan.
Thursday April 2 from 6 to 8 pm we will demonstrate the whisking preparation of ceremonial Matcha and will discuss the customs that surround serving Matcha in Japan. We will also discuss the health benefits of Matcha and how to incorporate Matcha into your diet with culinary ideas for food and drinks.
